2. State Registration Fee: The Florida Department of Health charges $75 annually for a medical card.

3. Renewal Fees: Florida medical cards are valid for one year. To maintain your card's validity, simply schedule a follow-up consultation (every seven months) at Vibrant Health.

You will need to provide a state drivers license or ID card, social security number, e-mail address, home address, and medical records. You will be asked to sign a standard consent form. All certification visits are conducted in the office by a qualifying physician.

Once completed, you are then eligible to proceed to the dispensary of your choosing to purchase your product. This can often be completed the same day.
